Teens - Have you ever wondered what it's like to work in a library? Do you enjoy being around books and people? Do you want to learn to help with shelving, programs, events, and other opportunities? Are you in need of volunteer hours for National Junior Honor Society, graduation, or just because? Then this is the place for you!

Before registering for this orientation, complete these steps:

• Fill out an application.
  
• Complete the online Teen Volunteer Shelving Training.
  
• Take the Teen Volunteer Shelving Review.
  
• Review the Teen Volunteer Procedures.

At orientation, you will take a tour of the children's area, learn where to sign in when reporting for volunteer shifts, learn shelving procedures and other volunteer opportunities, and more.
